We are an out-of-network practice that offers price estimates upon request. Not sure if your insurance has out-of-network benefits? We can check for you. We also accept HSA/FSA and offer flexible payment options.
Your First Visit
Plan for an unrushed, comprehensive assessment in a private office setting. Bring any prior imaging, a list of current medications to save time at the office.

New patient paperwork is sent ahead of your visit so your time in office is spent with the doctor, not in the waiting room.
